I am a research engineer specialising in the systems and performance of scalable applications. I earned my Ph.D. in Computer Science under the supervision of Prof. David Bromberg, Full Professor at the University of Rennes; Dr. Julia Lawall, Research Director at Inria Paris; and Dr. Djob Mvondo, Associate Professor at the University of Rennes.
My work focus on understanding how Linux kernel scheduling mechanisms and execution APIs affect the performance of multithreaded systems applications and the energy efficiency of modern heterogeneous CPUs. In particular, I worked on WireGuard VPN scalability, kernel execution bottlenecks, and scheduling behavior on Intel hybrid architectures.
I am interested in operating systems, networking, kernel-level performance analysis, and low-level software engineering. I am now looking for R&D systems engineering, performance engineering, or low-level software engineering opportunities. I am available immediately and open to remote opportunities as well as relocation.
I earned my Engineering degree in Computer Science from the National Advanced School of Engineering of Yaoundé (École Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de Yaoundé) from 2017 to 2022.
My academic and research journey has given me a strong foundation in computer science, operating systems, networking, performance evaluation, and empirical systems research.
